I love the outdoors and being around nature.  Here I can rest and rejuvenate and let the rest of the world race by.

I like getting back to basics, living a simple life, full of fun and exercise, spending time in nature and appreciating all its beauty, living each day mindfully and being grateful for my family and friends.

I have always been interested in the welfare of people and have a lot of empathy and patience.

I am aware of the importance to create balance in one’s life, by nurturing the whole person, which combines spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical needs.

Primal mind and body evolved in 2013 to help people achieve the best they possibly can be. Many people suffer from anxiety and depression or have fears and phobias, or are generally unhealthy or overweight.

I will help you get a better understanding of yourself, by helping you shape your life, making changes, growth, taking courageous challenges at every step along the way, listening to your intuition, discovering, transforming, expanding your vision, in search of more answers, getting excited for life, being healthier and striving for wholeness and happiness to restore balance to your life, ultimately to live better.
